Exchange window
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Each order item is eligible for one exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll offer another style or store credit of equal value.
- Sale items marked "Final sale" are not eligible for exchange.
How to request an exchange
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, the item, and the size/style you'd like.
- We'll schedule a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share our return address for self-shipping.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll dispatch your replacement within 2–3 business days.
Exchange charges
Your first size exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges, or exchanges for a different style of higher value, may require paying the difference and a nominal shipping fee.
